directions to the fort

we've (i've) had a problem recently with not giving bands great directions about how to get to the fort and where to park. can we come up with a single comprehensive block of text we can copy to every band the adaquetly explains the deal with the fort

something like this but a little more accurate:


the smiley arts building is near the center of campus, if you're coming from the thruway make a right and get on main street. after about a mile make a left onto rt 32/maheim, take (i think) the second right onto mohonk avenue, you'll be right next to campus, and make a left into lot 24. try to get to the lot that's next to a tan building in front of bouton hall. straight ahead to the right is the smiley arts building, you'll have to carry your equipment about 100 feet to get there.

heres what i use:

from the thruway take exit 18. at the light from the exit take a left on to 299/main st. after three lights take a left on to 32N/north manhiem(you'll see the middle school, an M&T bank and a small shopping center). then take your fourth right on to east mohonk and find some parking here.

i should probably update that picture too since i found out theres a parking lot thats actually a bit closer to fort behind that one building.
